A tool to create your business model canvas

The “canvas” concept is a very helpful way of assembling and positioning the elements of a business model. Now we have a neat “Business Model Canvas” tool (in Flash) to help us label and move yellow stickies into appropriate categories.
This version is fairly simple. Hopefully it’s a prototype of something more comprehensive, and customizable.
Kudos to Rudy van der Blom for the tool.
NOTE: I just learned of this tool via Twitter (which is good for bubbling things up), but the original date of the tool post is 10 months ago.

Hi,
What kind of features do you want for a next version? It is possible to make it an air type program.

Hi Rudy,
After my post I looked around a bit and found a fairly detailed business model canvas tool, called BMDesigner. An inside view: http://bmdesigner.com/explore/bm/345/BSLYNX. This is geared to Alex Osterwalder’s work.
Your approach is appealing because it’s fluid and intuitive. The question becomes how it links to supporting data, or how could “represent” that data in meaningful ways.
Using Air as a platform causes no problems for me, but I only a few simple Air apps. Does Air support collaborative frameworks? A business model canvas seems like a good candidate for a collaborative approach.
